Start the trial from Settings → License or the Pro paywall. One trial per Mac. When it ends, manual cleanup and restore keep working; automation and archiving lock until you buy a license.
Activating your license
- Purchase on devcleaner.app — you receive a license key by email
- Open Settings → License and paste the key
- Click Activate
Each key works on up to 3 Macs you own. Deactivate a Mac before moving the seat to a new machine.
Offline grace period
DevCleaner validates your license online when possible. If you are offline, Pro features keep working for 14 days after the last successful check — then revalidation is required.
Restore is always free
Even without Pro, you can restore any project you (or a teammate) archived with DevCleaner. Double-click a .devcleaner breadcrumb or use Archived Projects in the dashboard. We will never paywall getting your code back.
